Debit MasterCard

The Antwerp Exchange Bank Debit MasterCard may be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. Customers do not have to worry about running out of checks, or carrying large amounts of cash. Purchases made with the debit card will be deducted from your checking account and shown on your monthly statement. The Debit MasterCard may also be used as an ATM card.

The Antwerp Exchange Bank ATM card provides the convenience of 24 hour banking from any ATM. There are no fees for our customers who use any ATM at our convenient banking locations. Customers may also access their accounts using any other ATM not owned by AEB (fees apply). Please see our locations page for AEB branch and ATM locations.

Fraudulent/Suspicious Activity

In the event of fraudulent/suspicious activity on your debit card you will not be contacted by the bank directly but by our processor, Fiserv, which comes up as Fraud Detection. If you have any concerns about the legitimacy of this call, hang up and call them directly at 833-735-1894. You will be asked for a case #. Please enter # until you are transferred to an agent.

It is important for you to call them back and verify any suspicious transactions so that we can stop any fraudulent activity as soon as possible.

We suggest that you add this number to your call list because a nonresponse could result in your card being turned off.

Lost or Stolen Cards

To report a card lost or stolen, please contact The Antwerp Exchange Bank immediately during business hours at (419) 258-5351 OR (877) 281-1847. During non-business hours please call the card hotline at (800) 472-3272.

NOTE: Calling the Card Hotline number during normal bank hours may incur a fee.

24 hour banking is available at our ATM’s located at each branch. 

MoneyPass ATM Locator

All ATMs listed on the site can be used surcharge-free with your MoneyPass ATM card. Not all ATMs may display a MoneyPass decal and some may have stickers or warning screens about surcharge fees. Your transaction will be surcharge-free at the ATMs listed on the MoneyPass website.
